Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are the policy and agreement issued by Amine (Thailand)
Co., Ltd., for our sales and services. Purchasers, traders or customers shall
acknowledge and agree with the company’s Terms & Conditions before each purchase.

Prices

Product prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in US Dollars, F.O.B. Bangkok or Laemchabang, Thailand. C&F or CIF quoted shall be available on request.

Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order shall be more than US$ 5,000 or at least 1 container.

Deposit

Purchasers shall pay deposit (50% of the total prices). Production will be started after the company receives such deposit.

Payment

Purchasers shall make full payment (T/T payment) in advance at least 7 days before delivery L/C* is available if product prices exceed US$ 10,000 only.

Other Service Charges

If the purchaser or customer would like to deal with the manufacturer or supplier directly and use us as Quality Assurance and/or price negotiator, the

service charge will be between US$300 – US$1000 depending on the order size.If the customer requires Amine Buying Services to be ONLY a referral
agentto a supplier or manufacturer, a flat rate of $US 200 will be charged per projector consignment.

As a general policy, we normally provide 4-5 manufacturer referrals so that the customer has the option to choose the best one.

Sample Order

Customers must pay for samples and freight or shipping cost.

Ordering

We accept formal purchase order only. Any order via telephone or informal order is invalid.

Packing, Labeling, Branding

Customers should notify Amine Buying Services in writing or send a request with P/O in case you assign Amine Buying Services to handle production, special packaging and/ or branding such as products with label, sticker, brand and other marketing medias.

Purchasers shall be responsible for any relevant expenses.
